Mindful Sensations

    Forest Therapy

ABOUT

About

Shinrin-Yoku  is a Japanese term meaning Forest Bathing . Our approach to forest therapy combines leisurely walks under a forest canopy with guided invitations and meditation allowing you to engage your senses, hone your intuition, and experience the forest as you have never before.  Practicing mindful meditation and the techniques of deep nature connection encourage us to explore not just the forest, but through the many ways nature mirrors us we also encounter ourselves.

We all lose sense of self from time to time.  The importance of reconnecting mind with body is paramount in maintaining both mental and physical well being. Remaining mindful and balanced ensures healthy and happy relationships with self and how we see and respond to others.

Forest therapy is like a gym membership for the mind.

Come let the forest be your therapist - the guide will help open the door
